How the Program Works
Our Approach to Personal Transformation
Step 1: Explore Your Well-Being
In the Explore phase, we help you gain clarity on your current well-being. Using Positive Intelligence, we assess the mental, emotional, and physical challenges holding you back. You’ll identify the Saboteurs affecting your mindset and explore how the four pillars of your lifestyle—breathing, movement, nutrition, and sleep—impact your daily energy levels.
Step 2: Transform Your Habits
In the transformation phase, we adapt or build new habits aligning with our goals. Over six weeks, you’ll go through the PQ mental fitness program, integrating PQ reps and lifestyle changes that optimize each pillar of well-being. You’ll learn to manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve physical health.
Step 3: Activate Your Potential
In the activate phase, you put everything into action. We focus on applying your new habits and mindset to the areas of your life that matter most—whether it’s managing stress, improving relationships, advancing your career, or boosting creativity and leadership. This phase is about personalizing your growth and targeting specific priorities.
Step 4: Perform at Your Best
Finally, in the Perform phase, we help you sustain your progress. You’ll develop strategies to maintain a high level of performance without burning out. You'll continue growing and thriving long-term with a stronger mind, optimized lifestyle habits, and a clear sense of purpose.
